Shuffleboard is the game everyone gets in about ten seconds and nobody masters in a lifetime. Push it, nudge it, play it tactical or play it dirty – it’s the perfect excuse to get the crew round a table, a drink in one hand and a grudge in the other.

Shuffleboard prices
- Monday to Thursday all day, and Friday until 5pm: £20 per board, per hour
- Friday from 5pm, Saturday and Sunday: £25 per board, per hour

How to play (the short version)
Slide, don’t throw
Take it from the end of the table and send your puck down with a smooth push. Gentle wins. Muscle ends up in the gutter.
Score in the zones
The further down the board your puck stops, the more it’s worth – hang it off the edge without falling and you’re a legend.
Knock ’em off
The best bit. Your opponent’s sitting pretty on a big score? Send yours down and clear them off. Friendships have ended for less.

How many people can play?
Up to six per table – play one-on-one or split into teams.
How long is a session?
Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes – pick what suits when you book.
Is there an age limit?
Shuffleboard is for ages 8 and up. Under-18s need an adult with them, with at least one adult for every three children.
Is it good for groups and parties?
Brilliant for them. Birthdays, work socials, Christmas dos – book a table or two, add food and cocktails, and let the rivalries begin.
