This website is run by BBJJD Ltd, trading as ROOM Westhoughton, to tell you about our venue, food, drinks and activities, and to help you book. We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but prices, menus, opening hours, activities and offers can change. The details confirmed when you book, or by our team, take priority over anything on the website.
Bookings
Bookings made online are made through our booking partner, Booked It, and are subject to the terms shown when you book and our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Using our content
The text, images, videos, logos and design on this website belong to ROOM Westhoughton or are used with permission. You’re welcome to share links to our pages, but please don’t copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without asking us first.
Links to other websites
We link to other sites, such as our booking partner and social media. We’re not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website available and free from errors, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted. We’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website, except where the law says we can’t exclude that liability. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Photos and videos you send us
You can send us photos, and links to videos, from your visit using the “Show us your ROOM” form on our Life at ROOM page. By sending anything, you confirm and agree that:
- It’s yours to share. You took it, or you have permission from the person who did.
- Everyone in it is happy to be shared. Everyone who can be identified has agreed to appear publicly. For anyone under 18, their parent or guardian has agreed.
- It’s suitable. No nudity, violence, illegal or dangerous behaviour, offensive or discriminatory content, other people’s copyrighted material (such as music, film or TV clips), or anything that breaks the law or invades anyone’s privacy.
- You give us permission to use it. You grant BBJJD Ltd, trading as ROOM, a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, edit, crop and share it on our website, social media and other marketing, with or without a credit. You keep the copyright.
Nothing goes up without approval
Nothing you send is published automatically. Every submission is checked by ROOM and our website team, and we decide at our sole discretion what, if anything, to use. If we have any doubt about something, we won’t use it. Sending something doesn’t guarantee it will appear, and we can’t always reply.
Changed your mind?
Contact us and we’ll remove it from our website and stop using it in new posts as quickly as we can. We can’t remove copies that other people have already shared.
Your responsibility
You’re responsible for what you send us. If something breaks these terms, we may remove it at any time without notice.
How long we keep it
Submissions we don’t use are deleted within 90 days. Photos we do use are kept for as long as they appear on our website or social media.
